  This hotel is right inside Terminal 3 at the airport. We missed our flight and ended up unexpectedly staying for 1 night. They found us a room, were very kind and sympathetic, the room was amazing and very clean. There was an exercise room and pool that we did not use, but looked very nice. Room service options and lots of other food choices nearby. The train stop to Terminal 1 is right outside the hotel. Easy to get back for our 2nd try at a flight the next morning:)

  Old, but clean room. Very convenient as it is connected directly to the airport. The staff could benefit from additional training. The room service food, on the other hand, was much better than expected. I also noticed that the hotel has a wider than usual selection of amenities available, possibly due to the type of guests normally staying, i.e., stranded travelers. Overall a pleasant stay on an otherwise a very grueling trip.

  The only reason to stay here is convenience, but it's like buying a $18 beer from the minibar, only to find the beer is past it's sell by date. The hotel looks nice from the outside but it's old and worn. The front desk offered me a "super quiet" room, but I could hear my neighbors on all sides. The AC fan can't be set to remain on to minimize the noise, not does it control the temp. The bathroom is cramped and dated, and the door is literally paper thin like a mobile home. The bed is not horrible but not great. And the room clean.and front desk pleasant. This is basically a Motel 6 but walking distance from Pearson. Stay at the Hilton nearby and save hundreds, and get a good night sleep in a plush.

  Very nice clean hotel, and my room was nice also, I was late checking in and had an early flight to catch the next morning so it was a short stay, checking in and out was quick. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful and the gentleman put me on a rewards program I was a bit surprised considering it was my first time at the hotel but that was nice of him. I ate at the restaurant in the hotel the food and the service was great. It was worth the money I would stay there again.

  Very convenient when doing an early morning flight from Pearson International Airport. Direct access to Terminal 3 and a short shuttle ride to Terminal 1. I loved the coat racks in the rooms, so much handier than a closet for overnight guests.
