  I have received good and friendly customer service during my 6x rentals in the last 3 years. Friendly staff and great choice of vehicles. Convenient location too as it’s at the terminal. Clean cars and upgrade was not an issue due to availability.

  Don't even think of using this location. Although the estimation was around $600, I was charged over $1,000. I closely read through the statement and noticed that the only options that I added were $150. The rest of $250, I have no idea how and why charged nor there were no explanation at all. I know that there are some "surprise" fees may be charged but I don't think 25% more charge is appropriate.

  Winter weather had caused a car shortage. Manager was very apologetic, personally walked me next door to their subsidiary dollar that had cars instead of making me wait and comped me a tank of gas for the trouble. Unfortunate shortage but great customer service to remedy it.

  If you want to honor your Presidential Circle status then never go to this location (Toronto Hertz Location - YYZ). This location do not care what is your Hertz membership status in USA. They said we do not care if you are Presidential Circle in US and you are in Canada now. I spoke to 2 different managers (Abbas and Habib) but no help was provided. I will never rent a car from this location and will advice others to go to some other company for Rental need.

  Also, the car was not really clean. In the minivan I rented had some muds and leftover of snack or something on the floor.

  I got a nice, clean and well maintained car. Got $10 charge for 2 hours extra per contract. I forgot my home key with car keys that I had attached in one key chain. Went to location. They figured out my keys from their parking lot and I had them returned in 15 minutes.
